Our architects design your ADU! You will have the opportunity to review the floor plan with us and make changes if needed before we lift a hammer! A complete proposal, with a full itemization, clearly defined payment schedule, along with the terms and conditions of your project, will be included in the Project Specification Sheet. We encourage your input on the design, and will work side by side to ensure your dreams become a reality! Once the design has been approved, and the contract is signed, we move onto the permit.
