We will make an appointment to come to your home to assess the space you want to use. We will take measurements of the space and structures that may be involved and submit the information to our 3D ADU Design team for renderings. We will take all of that information and put together an estimate of what it will cost to build your ADU.
After we meet with you, we’ll provide you with a design and a full estimate. Our designer renders designs that give you the opportunity to “walk through” your designs to get the flow of the home and to see if the floorplans work to your liking before you sign a contract or begin to build.
