REFERRING PARTNERS EARN AT LEAST $10 PER SQ FT PER ADU REFERRAL & 10% OF THE INITIAL DESIGN, PLANS, PLAN EXPEDITING DEPOSIT.
EXAMPLE: If your Client builds a 750 sq ft ADU. Your commission is $7,500. If the initial deposit for Design, Plans, and Plan Expediting is $7,500, you receive $750.
OUR DREAM PARTNER HAS SIMILAR VALUES AS WE DO: SERVICE AND BRINGING VALUE TO OTHERS FIRST. THE MONETARY BENEFITS WILL FOLLOW IN ABUNDANCE.
Referring Partner introduces Client by call, zoom, or three way text.
SoCal ADU Pros rep will communicate with the Client to discover the Client’s vision, purpose for building the ADU, confirm Client has financial capability, discuss preliminary pricing, and schedule site visit to get a more clearer understanding of Client’s vision. Site visits are $100. $100 subtracted from design services.
SoCal ADU Pros rep will walk the property with the Client, discuss the Client’s vision, provide an Experts opinion on proceeding forward, and assist the Client in developing a definitive course of action.
In the event the Client is comfortable with proceeding forward, Rep will provide definitive pricing, draft the detached unit or schedule our Architect/Designer to come to the property to do measurements.
Client will sign the contract and pay 30% of their deposit. Referring Partner receives 30% of their 10%.
2-3 WEEKS: Your ADU Expert schedules a Zoom for Floor Plan review.
7-10 DAYS: Any changes requested by the Client will be complete within this timeframe, reviewed, and approved by Client and ADU Expert.
50% of deposit required at this time. Working/construction plans phase will start. Referring Partner receives 50% of their 10%.
5-7 DAYS: Elevations, plot map, roofing structure, 4 corner view of unit provided.
30 DAYS OR LESS : Working/Construction Plans will be complete and submitted to the City.
60 DAYS LATER: City will respond with comments.
2 WEEKS OR LESS: Changes requested by the City will be made.
30-60 DAYS: Plans will be approved. Final 20% payment settled by Client. Partner receives 20% of their 10%.
Construction date set. (Funding process, if needed, will begin 15-30 days prior to receiving approved plans.)
Upon signing the construction contract, Client will pay a $1000 deposit. Within 4 days Client will pay a 40% deposit. Referring Partner will receive 40% of their $10 per sq ft commission.
There will be approximately 3-4 remaining progress payments. Referring Partner will receive the remaining payments based on the percentages per the contract, Essentially, receiving payments, same percentages as SoCal ADU Pros.

$2500-$3200 Monthly income a 750-1200 sq ft ADU can generate. $30,000-$38,400 per annum.
$1800-$2000 Monthly income a 375-500 sq ft JADU can generate. $21,600-$24,000 per annum.
You can provide that solution by suggesting they build an ADU on their property. Depending on the location, your Clients can generate the following cash flow monthly:
